Joshua Han brings a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and client service to his role as Construction Project Coordinator at Native Technologies. He oversees and supports all phases of construction projects across Hawaii, from pre-construction planning to project closeout. Acting as a liaison between project managers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, Joshua ensures timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Skilled in Procore, MS Project, and cost management systems, he coordinates schedules, documentation, permitting, and compliance while keeping projects aligned with state regulations.

Before joining Native Technologies, Joshua built a career in San Francisco’s commercial real estate market, specializing in landlord and tenant representation with Starboard Commercial Real Estate. He also serves as a U.S. Army Reserve Officer, where he has led logistics, safety, and operational planning for large-scale missions - experience that reinforces his commitment to discipline, communication, and resilience.

Joshua holds a Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of San Francisco and also graduated from the Army Logistics University with a Diploma in Supply Chain Management and Operational Logistics. His diverse experience equips him with the discipline, adaptability, and problem-solving skills necessary to deliver projects that create lasting value for both clients and communities.
