Julie Dueno – Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Julie Dueno leads the finance function at Native Technologies, overseeing long-range planning, monthly forecasting, cash-flow management, lender coordination, audit readiness, and board-level reporting. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Julie’s earlier roles at Alexander & Baldwin and Outrigger built a strong foundation in portfolio budgeting, multi-entity consolidations, procurement alignment, and treasury - experience that translates directly to Hawai‘i’s renovation environment, where shipping lead times, seasonal cash demands, and vendor prepayments must be anticipated and managed.
At Native Technologies, Julie designs practical controls that fit occupied construction: pay-application reviews tied to verified field progress, change-order tracking, cost-to-complete analysis, and clear dashboards for AOAO boards and property managers.
She collaborates closely with project managers to translate scope and phasing into reliable financial plans, ensuring contracts and invoices align with approved funding. Her straightforward, service-oriented communication helps residents, managers, contractors, lenders, and auditors stay aligned - turning complex numbers into decisions that keep projects moving without financial surprises.
Julie’s goal is simple: protect the Association’s resources, keep stakeholders informed, and support the team in delivering quality work across Hawai‘i’s communities.
