Lincoln King has been part of Hawai’i’s construction industry since 2004, bringing experience from federal projects with the Army, Navy, and Air Force, as well as high-end retail construction for brands such as Burberry, Chloe, and Dior. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Resource and Environmental Management and Information Technology, which complements his diverse professional experience.

In 2012, Lincoln co-founded Native Technologies to serve the unique needs of Hawai’i’s condominium associations. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted industry leader and has been recognized as “Vendor of the Year” multiple times. Lincoln has guided Native Technologies through a wide range of projects including drain, waste, and vent pipe replacements, building envelope restorations, roof replacements, HVAC upgrades, and window replacements across the islands.

He remains engaged with every project, making regular site visits and maintaining close communication with boards, managers, owners, and residents.
