Lincoln King has shaped Hawai’i’s construction landscape since 2004, blending federal and high-end retail experience with condominium project leadership. As co-founder of Native Technologies, he remains closely engaged with projects, supporting boards, managers, owners, and residents through complex renovations across the islands.

Duane Uchida, AIA, PMP, LEED-AP – Director of Operation
Duane Uchida brings extensive experience in architecture and project management to his role as Director of Operations at Native Technologies. Having led major airport and rail projects, he now oversees condominium infrastructure upgrades, ensuring projects are executed with precision and aligned with the company’s mission.

Aaron Trinidad is a Construction Project Manager at Native Technologies with nearly a decade of industry experience. Beginning in architecture and later design-build, he now guides condominium associations through complex upgrades, combining technical expertise with steady leadership on every project.

Eric Valiente brings a decade of architectural design and project management experience to Native Technologies. With a background in building envelope repair, large-scale construction, and federal projects, he now serves as Construction Project Manager, guiding condominium associations through complex renovations with a focus on clear communication and effective coordination.

Julie Dueno – Chief Financial Officer
Julie Dueno serves as Chief Financial Officer at Native Technologies, where she oversees financial planning, forecasting, and board-level reporting. With prior experience at Alexander & Baldwin and Outrigger, she brings expertise in budgeting, treasury, and portfolio management, ensuring renovation projects are financially sound and supported from start to finish.

Shilo Divino is a Construction Project Manager at Native Technologies with experience leading multi-million-dollar residential and commercial projects. With a background in business development and sustainability, she focuses on careful planning and clear execution, guiding renovation projects that balance efficiency, quality, and long-term community impact.

Joshua Han – Construction Project Coordinator
Joshua Han serves as Construction Project Coordinator at Native Technologies, where he supports all phases of condominium renovation projects across Hawai‘i. With a background in commercial real estate and service as a U.S. Army Reserve Officer, he applies strong organizational and leadership skills to project delivery.

Theresa Schenk – Project Manager
Theresa has over 25 years in Hawai’i’s construction industry, holding a C-13 Electrical Contractor license. She has managed residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, specializing in scheduling, budgeting, permitting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Known for technical expertise and leadership, she ensures smooth execution and strong relationships across all stakeholders.
Project Engineer
Connor Tribble – Project Engineer
Connor Tribble brings a strong technical background and hands-on coordination experience to his role as Project Engineer at Native Technologies. He holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, where his graduate research in nanotechnology focused on the development and testing of advanced composite materials. His work contributed to federally funded projects with the Navy and DARPA, giving him experience bridging technical innovation with practical applications.
