The Iolani Court Plaza is a 38 story, 341-unit condominium project built in 1980. The Iolani Court Plaza AOAO has contracted Seal Masters of Hawaii to conduct a property-wide spall survey, association spall repairs, and various related works including sealant replacement, waterproofing, and re-paint.
The project is being conducted over a period of two years and is a required major investment in the long-term viability of the structure. Native Technologies provides contract administration services for the project including progress documentation, field verification of repair quantities, payment application processing, and coordination assistance.
