Chevron to Texaco Rebranding, West Wind Consulting, $[undisclosed] (Statewide)
Successful project elements
Native Technologies was contracted by a mainland organization to provide local presence and manage the rebranding and associated infrastructure and signage modifications at 67 Chevron locations located throughout Hawaii
From initial site surveys to final punchlists, the Native Technologies team ensured a smooth transition for franchisees and customers alike, as stores remained open for fueling and convenience purchases during the majority of upgrades
Project challenges and how they were overcome
With a vast range of existing building characteristics and structural constraints, the Native Technologies team conducted site surveys and assisted in the procurement of mainland-sourced, long-lead time materials, where the accurate specification of requirements was critical to the successful completion of the re-branding process on-time, at each station location. Our dedication to accuracy and attention to detail ensured all materials arrived correctly specified and ready to install
It was essential for these high-volume stations to remain active during the re-brand process. Native Technologies coordinated with the contractor and oversaw the implementation of a phased re-brand operation which required a high degree of oversight to ensure customer, employee and contractor safety. Our Project Management Team includes project manager’s highly experienced & trained in Health & Safety protocols. We utilize this experience to ensure every contractor operates safely, with your customers as number one priority.
