Small Scale, Enterprise-Grade Execution
With only 20 units, Nuuanu Place AOAO recognized the value of the professional construction project management services that Native Technologies brings to smaller projects.
Native Technologies' Design/Build project solution was implemented and the AOAO procured SageWater and their design/build partner Okahara & Associations to design and execute the project.
Despite several challenged including piping embedded in fully-grouted CMU walls, pipe locations that required the full removal of kitchen countertops, and extensive abatement requirements, the project was a complete success.
If you're a smaller association, Native Technologies has a solution that will ensure your funds are spent wisely, with fees that pay for themselves by carefully managing scope, schedule, and cost.
