Expert Oversight, Lasting Project Success
The 60-unit Piikoi Atrium presented unique challenges due to its distinctive architectural design, requiring thoughtful coordination throughout both design and construction.
The Board engaged Native Technologies as construction manager, and we assembled a strong project team that successfully delivered the project from inception through to completion in just 18 months.
Okahara & Associates served as the project’s design team, providing technical expertise to guide construction documents and detailing. SageWater was selected as the prime contractor, while Native Technologies worked closely with site management firm Ohana 4 Services and property management firm Hawaiian Properties.
Together, we navigated the complexities of the atrium’s design and managed the challenges of working in an occupied residential environment, ensuring the project progressed smoothly with minimal disruption to residents.
Native Technologies’ design management group includes licensed architects with decades of experience in condominium renovations, giving us the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they impact cost or schedule. This expertise, combined with disciplined project oversight and daily site presence, helped deliver the Piikoi Atrium project under budget.
With Native Technologies as your project partner, associations can trust that even the most complex projects are managed with precision, transparency, and success.
