67 Retail Locations Re-Branded Across the Islands
Completing rebranding from Chevron to Texaco at 67 stores spread across the state, Native Technologies provided Construction Project Management and ensured continued retail operations throughout the rebranding process.
With a vast range of existing building characteristics and structural constraints, the Native Technologies team conducted site surveys and assisted in the procurement of mainland-sourced, long-lead time materials, where the accurate specification of requirements was critical to the successful completion of the re-branding process on-time, at each station location. Our dedication to accuracy and attention to detail ensured all materials arrived correctly specified and ready to install.
It was essential for these high-volume stations to remain active during the re-brand process. Native Technologies coordinated with the contractor and oversaw the implementation of a phased re-brand operation which required a high degree of oversight to ensure customer, employee and contractor safety.
Our Project Management Team includes project managers trained in health & safety protocols to ensure appropriate safety plans are implemented during construction.
